Spice Models
Micro-Cap reads, writes, creates, and analyzes standard SPICE, SPICE3, and PSpiceŠ text files as well as its own schematic files. You can use the schematic editor to create schematics or the text editor to build SPICE text file circuits. Micro-Cap can analyze either format and can use text file subckt models in schematics. Micro-Cap can also create SPICE files from its own schematics. Micro-Cap directly uses the SPICE subckt models provided by many semiconductor and IC manufacturers for their devices, providing ready access to their substantial modeling work.
